Initial Public Offering of portfolio company
The directors of Net Investor PLC are pleased to report that a further investment in its portfolio is now a publicly traded company.
- techpacific.com is now listed on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market and held its initial public offering on 17 April 2000.
- The investment is held within the Draper Fisher Jurvetson ePlanet Ventures fund, which invested as the lead investor in the second round of financing alongside Softbank and Dell Computers in March 2000.
- The shares were acquired at 41HK cents and stood at 60HK cents at close of Hong Kong business on 5 May 2000.
- Since Net Investor launched in February four portfolio companies have made initial public offerings.
